Your kid’s dinosaur obsession. The group chat’s worst bit. Your partner’s actual job. Playable Gift turns one specific story into a small browser game only they’ll get: its own rules, a way to win, a way to lose and a restart button.

How it works

Describe the idea, or pick Roast or Boast and say what makes a friend them. Each brief gets freshly written game code, not a template with the names swapped. Play the private preview, ask for changes and play again. Drafts and revisions are free. Recipients open a link and play on a keyboard or a phone, with no account.

What’s live right now

In-site generation is paused, so bring a game built by your own agent through MCP or the HTTP API, or play the examples: WoolyMon, MORE SCAPULA and Bedtime Boss Fight. Checkout is Stripe test mode only and no real card is charged; the $9 publish price is a test figure, not launched pricing. Email only reaches a test inbox, and named gift addresses aren’t live yet.
