Terms

These terms cover Playable Gift while it is in preview, and they may change before launch.

Messages and games

When you send a message, record a voice message or make a game, you agree that Playable Gift may store it and use it as these terms and the privacy page describe. Only share what you're comfortable sharing, including names and details about other people.

How Playable Gift may use and share data

Playable Gift may use the data it stores to improve the product. Playable Gift may also share, license or sell the data to third parties, such as companies that train AI models. The data can include the content of messages and games, the names in them and how the games were played, and Playable Gift does not remove names or other details first. Before any data is sold, the owner of Playable Gift will ask for your consent. If you send a message for a game, only share what you're comfortable sharing.

Gifts and links

Anyone holding a gift's link can open it, so share links deliberately. AI writes each game, and Playable Gift can't promise that a game works or can be won, so play it before you send it.
